Terms of Service
1. Rights & Use:
- Artist owns copyrights of the drawings and files, including displaying advertising, printing, broadcasting, showcasing, and more.
- Client receives drawing(s) in PNG file only.
- Client has rights to upload on personal account and or use it to roleplay for PERSONAL USE only.
- Client is allowed to trace it for PERSONAL USE only like studying from my arts.
- Client's rights are only limited to PERSONAL USAGE only for the commission art.
-Client is NOT allowed to remove the watermark on the artwork
-Client is NOT allowed to alter the finished commission art(including: editing ,manipulating the art with AI,change any aspect)
-Artist have the right to accept or decline the Client's commission
- There is no commercial arts for now.2. Commitment & Agreement:
- Client provides clear references.
- Client grants Artist to a right of observing and replicating Client's own character design and reference materials for the use of work.
- Client agrees that Artist uses their own art style.
- Artist will not TRACE or HEAVILY REFERENCE other artists' works
- Artist will use Clip Studio Paint.
- Both Artist and Client MUST keep secret of the private messages between both parties including personal data.3.Payments:
-After getting contacted by the Artist via email, both parties discuss what to do with the commission until getting agreement
-Invoice, proposal or payment link will be sent to the Client when the Artist is ready to begin working.
-Upfront payment is 50% BEFORE the Artist starts sketching
-Invoice must be paid within 72 hours since agreement or the project may be cancelled.
- Payments are in USD (via Paypal only) or IDR (via BCA,OVO,Dana)
- Client warrants they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed
- Complete payment is done right before Artist sends the final art.4. Contents and Restrictions:
-Pabbit's art is considerably as painterly art,which consists of opaque stroke, pen brush, and some other CSP assets
- Artist will do:OCs,Sona,Fanarts,Kemonomimi,Simple animals,Simple environment backgrounds
- Artist will not do: Furries, Mechas, Provocative and Political agenda, ANYTHING PRO ISRA3L, hateful arts, Real person(s) unless it is your OWN sona, Pedophilia, anything racist and anti LGBT,babies,elderly
-More specific request could be discussed by email or dm5. Workflow:
-Artist will work on the commission based on queue
- Commission will take 4 - 8 weeks to be done
- Revisions are only 2 times so please make it count
-After receiving payments, Artist will begin sketching
-Artist will show the sketch and colored sketch to Client
-Both parties discuss on email what to revise (2 times only)
-During the discussion above, Client MUST reply to the Artist in within 72 hours else, Artist will begin to work on another commission according to the queue
- Artist begins clean sketching and painting, from this on, there will be no more revisions.
- If there's any delay or adjustment, Artist will ask Client's permission first through email.
- Additional revision will be charged based on the complexity of the request.6. Refunds:
-There is no cancelation
-Full Refunds is only available if Artist asks so or Artist has not began working at all in the span of 4 weeks.
- If Artist cannot finished art before 8 weeks (but still finishes it), clients only need to pay full payment into 80%.7. Communications:
- Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the project, including work in progress, ideas, etc.
